A high-contrast serif with vertical stress and crisp, sharply cut serifs that taper to fine hairlines. Thick stems sit alongside extremely thin connecting strokes, producing a sparkling, print-like rhythm, especially in rounds and diagonals. Proportions feel classical and somewhat narrow in the capitals, while the lowercase is compact with a short x-height and tall ascenders/descenders, giving the text a lifted, stately silhouette. Details such as the ball terminals (notably on forms like the lowercase a) and the delicate, thin crossbars reinforce a precise, crafted finish.

Best suited for display typography such as magazine headlines, fashion and beauty layouts, luxury branding, and high-impact posters where contrast and detail can be appreciated. It also works well for premium packaging and invitations when printed or rendered at sufficiently large sizes to preserve the fine hairlines.

The overall tone is polished and high-end, with a distinctly editorial, couture sensibility. Its dramatic contrast and refined detailing read as formal and confident, suited to settings where sophistication and visual tension are desirable.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, editorial take on a classic high-contrast serif—prioritizing elegance, sharpness, and dramatic thick–thin modulation for high-impact typography.

At larger sizes the hairlines and sharp serifs become a defining feature, creating a bright, engraved feel; in denser text they can appear airy and brittle if reproduced at low resolution. Numerals follow the same contrast-driven logic, with elegant curves and pronounced thick–thin transitions that visually match the caps.
