A high-contrast serif with crisp hairlines and sculpted, wedge-like serifs that often flare into pointed or teardrop terminals. Curves are taut and polished, with pronounced thick–thin modulation that reads as calligraphic but tightly controlled. Several glyphs show distinctive ink-trap-like notches and carved joins (notably in S, W, and some lowercase), giving the outlines a chiseled, decorative finish. The lowercase maintains a moderate x-height and relatively narrow counters, while the overall set feels slightly variable in rhythm from glyph to glyph, emphasizing display character over strict text uniformity.

Best suited for large sizes where its contrast and carved details stay clear: magazine headlines, fashion and beauty branding, poster titling, and premium packaging. It can also work for short pull quotes or deck text when generous spacing and size are available.

The tone is refined and theatrical, combining classic Didone-style elegance with a more expressive, fashion-forward edge. Sharp terminals and dramatic contrast create a sense of luxury and headline authority, while the cut-in details add a boutique, art-directed personality.

The design appears intended as a high-impact display serif that nods to classical high-contrast models while adding distinctive cut-in terminals and sculptural joins for a more contemporary, art-directed look.

In running text the font produces strong vertical emphasis and sparkling highlights from the hairlines, but the decorative notches and extreme contrast become the main visual feature. Numerals follow the same sculpted logic, with stylized curves and pointed finishing strokes that suit titling and standout figures.
