A heavy, block-forward slab serif with broad proportions and pronounced, squared serifs that read as sturdy and emphatic. Strokes show noticeable thick–thin behavior, with thick verticals and slightly lighter joins and horizontals, giving the letters a carved, poster-like rhythm rather than monoline uniformity. Counters are relatively tight and the overall texture is dense; terminals are blunt and decisive, and curves (notably in C, G, O, S) are rounded but strongly reinforced by the weight. Lowercase forms are simple and sturdy with short extenders and a consistent, workmanlike construction; figures are wide and similarly built for high visibility.

Best suited to short, high-impact typography such as headlines, posters, storefront or event signage, and bold packaging systems. It can also work for logo wordmarks and sports or institutional branding where a sturdy slab serif presence is desired, especially at medium to large sizes.

The tone is assertive and attention-grabbing, with a durable, blue-collar confidence. It carries a retro display feel—part vintage signage, part editorial headline—while remaining approachable through its rounded bowls and straightforward letterforms.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum punch and legibility in display contexts, combining a classic slab-serif framework with reinforced shapes and a slightly contrasted stroke model to keep large blocks of text visually lively.

At text sizes, the dense color and tight counters can make long passages feel heavy, but it holds together well in larger settings where the slab structure and contrast become a defining graphic feature. The ampersand and punctuation in the sample text blend into the same bold, squared vocabulary, reinforcing a cohesive, poster-ready voice.
