A high-contrast serif with strong vertical stems and very fine hairlines, combining crisp, sharp terminals with smooth, swelling curves. Serifs read as delicate and clean rather than heavy, giving the outlines a cut, engraved feel at display sizes. Proportions are generously wide with clear differentiation across letters, and the rhythm alternates confidently between dense verticals and open counters. The lowercase keeps a moderate x-height with pronounced ascenders and distinctive, slightly calligraphic details in letters like a, g, e, and s, while numerals follow the same dramatic thick–thin logic.

Best suited to display applications such as magazine mastheads, editorial headlines, luxury packaging, film or event posters, and brand wordmarks where its contrast and sharp detailing can be rendered cleanly. It can work for short bursts of text (decks, pull quotes) when set with comfortable size and spacing to preserve the thin strokes.

The tone is poised and attention-grabbing, projecting sophistication and drama rather than neutrality. Its high contrast and refined hairlines evoke fashion, culture, and premium branding, with a slightly theatrical flair that feels suited to headlines and statement typography.

The design appears intended to deliver an elegant, high-impact serif voice with a contemporary crispness—pairing classical contrast and vertical stress with sculptural, attention-focused letterforms for premium editorial and branding use.

In text settings the hairlines and sharp joins create a sparkling texture, while the wide set and open counters help maintain clarity in larger sizes. The italic is not shown; the style presented reads firmly upright with a pronounced vertical emphasis.
