A high-contrast serif with dominant vertical stems and extremely thin connecting strokes that create a crisp, poster-like texture. Serifs are sharp and finely tapered, often ending in triangular or blade-like points, with minimal bracketing. Many curves show deliberate internal cut-ins and wedge notches (notably in C, S, a, e, g, and the bowls of B/P/R), giving the shapes a faceted, engraved feel. The lowercase is compact with a moderate x-height, while ascenders and capitals feel tall and commanding; counters are relatively tight, enhancing the dense, inky color in text.

Best suited to large sizes where the hairlines and carved details can remain clear: magazine/editorial headlines, posters, branding marks, and premium packaging. It can also work for short subheads or pull quotes, but the dense color and delicate joins suggest avoiding long body text at small sizes.

The overall tone is assertive and stylized—luxury-leaning but slightly menacing—like fashion mastheads, high-end packaging, or dramatic title cards. The razor-edged serifs and carved bowls add a gothic-tinged theatricality that reads as bold and declarative rather than neutral or bookish.

The font appears designed to deliver maximum contrast and impact while differentiating itself through cut-in counters and wedge-like terminals. Its forms prioritize drama and identity—creating a distinctive, carved look that stands out in display typography.

The design relies on strong vertical rhythm and sculpted negative space; round letters appear intentionally “chiseled” rather than purely smooth. Numerals follow the same logic, with high contrast and pointed details, making them feel display-forward and cohesive with the capitals.
