This serif presents extreme thick–thin modulation with a pronounced vertical stress and crisp, hairline serifs. Counters are often tight and sculpted, producing bold, poster-like silhouettes while retaining delicate interior detailing. Many joins and apertures show sharp, wedge-like notches that read as ink-trap-inspired cuts, adding a distinctive rhythm to curves and diagonals. The overall drawing is upright and formal, with broad proportions and assertive caps; lowercase forms echo the same high-contrast logic with compact bowls and prominent terminals.

Best suited for display typography such as magazine covers, fashion/editorial headlines, posters, and brand marks that need a refined but forceful presence. It can work for short subheads or pull quotes when given generous size and spacing to preserve the fine hairlines and sharp cut details.

The tone is high-drama and high-fashion: polished, confident, and deliberately attention-grabbing. Its mix of luxurious contrast and razor-sharp detailing gives it a theatrical, editorial voice suited to statements rather than neutrality.

The design appears intended to fuse classic high-contrast serif elegance with a more contemporary, carved-in detailing that amplifies impact. It prioritizes striking silhouettes and premium editorial flavor over quiet, long-form readability.

In text settings, the dense black strokes create strong word shapes, while the hairlines and internal notches add sparkle at larger sizes. Some characters feature pronounced ball terminals and deep cut-ins, which increase personality but can create a busy texture if set too small or too tight.
