A high-contrast serif with a pronounced rightward slant and sculpted, calligraphic modulation. Thick vertical stems pair with hairline cross-strokes and tapered entry/exit strokes, producing crisp internal whites and a lively rhythm. Serifs are bracketed and often flare into sharp points, while several letters show ball-like terminals and teardrop joins that emphasize the ink-trap-like narrowing at connections. Round forms (O, C, G, o, e) are tightly drawn with dramatic thick–thin transitions, and the overall color is assertive without becoming blocky.

Well-suited to headlines, decks, pull quotes, and magazine-style editorial typography where high contrast and a slanted stance add momentum. It can also support branding and packaging that aims for a refined, premium feel, especially when used in larger sizes.

The tone is elegant but punchy—more runway and magazine than bookish classicism. Its sweeping curves and sharp hairlines read as expressive and slightly theatrical, lending a sense of luxury and drama to short texts.

Designed to deliver a classic serif foundation with heightened contrast and italic energy, prioritizing visual sophistication and impact. The exaggerated modulation and pointed serifs suggest an intention to create a distinctive display voice that still feels rooted in traditional serif proportions.

The italic construction is evident throughout, with angled stress and energetic, asymmetric curves. Counters stay relatively open for the style, but fine hairlines and tight joins suggest it will look best when given a bit of space and used at display sizes where the contrast can shine.
