A heavy display serif with pronounced flaring at stroke terminals and sharply chiseled wedge-like serifs. The letterforms show strong thick–thin modulation with crisp joins, compact counters, and a firm, upright stance. Curves are sculpted and slightly pinched at transitions, while stems broaden into distinctive triangular endings that create a carved, incised feel. The overall rhythm is energetic and irregular in a controlled way, with noticeable variation in internal space from glyph to glyph that adds a lively, hand-shaped texture in text.

Best suited to large-size applications where its flared terminals and sculpted contrast can be appreciated: posters, editorial headlines, branding marks, packaging, and book covers. It can also work for short pull quotes or section headers when spaced comfortably, but it is primarily optimized for expressive display typography rather than long-form reading.

The font projects a dramatic, vintage-forward tone—confident, a bit playful, and slightly theatrical. Its carved terminals and high-impact silhouettes evoke classic poster lettering and old-style editorial display, giving headlines a punchy, crafted personality rather than a neutral, modern finish.

The design appears intended to deliver a commanding display voice by combining a traditional serif structure with emphatic flared endings and carved-looking details. Its goal is impact and character: creating a bold, crafted texture that stands out in titles while retaining a classical, serif-based foundation.

In the sample text, the dense color and tight counters create a strong black presence, with distinctive shapes in letters like a, e, g, s, and z where flared terminals and sharp notches become prominent. Numerals carry the same wedge-terminal logic, reading as display figures with bold, stylized curves. At smaller sizes, the strong modulation and compact apertures may prefer generous tracking and leading to preserve clarity.
