A highly sculpted display serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and flared, wedge-like terminals that give the strokes a carved, calligraphic feel. Counters are compact and often teardrop-shaped, with rhythmic swelling along stems and bowls that creates an energetic, uneven texture across words. Serifs and stroke endings tend to broaden into sharp points or angled wedges, producing crisp silhouettes and strong internal contrast. The overall build is expansive and headline-oriented, with noticeable per-glyph width variation that adds a lively, poster-like cadence.

Best suited to large sizes where the flared terminals and internal contrast can be appreciated—headlines, posters, book covers, mastheads, and bold brand marks. It can also work for short editorial titles or pull quotes when generous spacing is available, but dense body copy will read heavy and visually busy.

The tone is dramatic and attention-seeking, with a retro showcard flavor and a slightly mischievous, storybook edge. Its sharp flares and sculptural contrast suggest theatrical branding and expressive editorial use rather than neutral reading text.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through sculptural contrast and flared stroke endings, echoing vintage display serifs while retaining a distinctive, characterful rhythm. It prioritizes memorable silhouettes and dramatic word shapes over quiet, text-centric neutrality.

The font’s weight distribution creates strong dark spots at joins and terminals, so spacing and line breaks meaningfully affect its color in paragraphs. Numerals and capitals share the same flared, tapered logic, reinforcing a cohesive, display-forward character.
