A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a clear vertical axis. Hairline serifs and strokes are extremely fine, while main stems swell to bold, sculpted forms, creating a crisp, poster-like rhythm. Capitals are elegant and relatively tall with sharp apexes and long, clean horizontals; curves (C, O, G, Q) are smooth and taut with narrow, bright counters. Lowercase shows compact, controlled bowls and a moderately sized x-height, with a single-storey g and delicate joins that emphasize the contrast. Numerals follow the same logic—weighty verticals paired with razor-thin cross-strokes—producing a distinctly polished, display-oriented texture in text.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and high-impact editorial layouts where its contrast and hairlines can be appreciated. It also fits luxury branding applications—packaging, beauty/fashion campaigns, event identities, and posters—where a refined, dramatic serif voice is desired.

The overall tone is upscale and theatrical, with a couture/editorial sensibility. Extreme contrast and pristine hairlines signal refinement and authority, while the sharp terminals add a slightly dramatic, high-fashion edge.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern Didone-inspired, high-fashion look with maximum contrast and crisp finishing, prioritizing elegance and impact in display settings over neutral, small-size text performance.

At larger sizes the hairlines read as precise and elegant, while at smaller sizes they may visually recede due to the extreme modulation, making the design feel more like a display serif than a workhorse text face. The spacing and proportions feel intentionally varied across glyphs to heighten the expressive rhythm, especially in capitals.
