A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a predominantly vertical stress. The design pairs crisp, straight stems and sharp, unbracketed hairline serifs with smoothly modeled bowls, producing a polished, chiseled rhythm. Capitals feel tall and stately with ample white space inside counters, while the lowercase shows a compact x-height and more delicate hairline details; some characters introduce slender swash-like terminals (notably in forms such as Q and several lowercase entries), adding a touch of flourish. Numerals follow the same contrast logic, reading as display-oriented with fine hairlines and confident verticals.

Best suited to display applications where contrast and detail can be appreciated: mastheads, headlines, logotypes, luxury packaging, and striking poster typography. It can work for short editorial passages or pull quotes at generous sizes and spacing, but it will typically shine most in larger, high-impact settings.

The overall tone is sophisticated and couture-leaning, evoking magazine typography, fragrance packaging, and high-end branding. Its sharp hairlines and dramatic contrast create a sense of theatrical refinement and exclusivity, with occasional calligraphic accents that add personality without becoming informal.

This font appears designed to deliver a modern, high-fashion serif voice: dramatic contrast, clean vertical structure, and razor-fine finishing details aimed at premium editorial and brand environments. The added flourished terminals suggest an intention to balance strict Didone-like formality with a subtle, signature elegance.

At text sizes, the hairlines and small interior details can visually recede, while at larger sizes the refined edges and sculpted curves become the main feature. The differing widths across glyphs contribute to a lively, editorial color, and the italic-like flourishes on select forms give headlines a curated, bespoke feel even in an upright setting.
