A heavy, oblique slab-serif with compact, squared proportions and strongly bracketed slabs that read as sturdy and utilitarian. Strokes are broadly uniform, with only modest modulation, and several joins show chiseled notches that create a slightly “cut” or ink-trap feel in counters and corners. Curves are firm and somewhat squared-off, giving rounds like O/C a muscular, compressed look. Numerals and capitals are wide and blocky, and the overall rhythm is dense with short extenders and a tight, poster-ready silhouette.

Best suited to display typography where impact and immediacy are needed: team identities, event posters, bold editorial headlines, packaging labels, and wayfinding or retail signage. It can also work for short pull quotes or subheads when a dense, punchy texture is desirable.

The tone is bold and confident, with a vintage workwear and athletic energy. Its blunt slabs and angled, forward-leaning stance convey motion and toughness, suggesting signage, sports, and rugged branding rather than delicate editorial refinement.

The design appears intended to merge classic slab-serif solidity with a forward-leaning, action-oriented stance, producing a strong display face that remains legible under heavy weight. The squared forms and notched joins add a crafted, industrial detail that differentiates it from more neutral slabs.

The italic angle is achieved more through a strong slant and angular shaping than calligraphic contrast, keeping the texture dark and even. The notched interior corners and squared terminals help preserve clarity at display sizes while adding a distinctive, engineered character.
