A heavy, high-contrast text face with sturdy vertical stems and noticeably tapered joins and terminals. Curves are generous and rounded, while corners often resolve into angled, beak-like cuts that add bite to the silhouettes. The lowercase shows compact, enclosed counters and a two-storey “g”, while the overall rhythm feels slightly condensed in the bowls and apertures despite the broad, blocky presence. Numerals are robust and traditional in construction, with strong thick–thin transitions and crisp interior shapes that hold up at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, deck copy, posters, and cover typography where strong contrast and dense stroke weight can carry impact. It can also work for branding and packaging that aims for a classic, editorial voice, especially at medium-to-large sizes where the counters and tapered terminals remain clear.

The tone is confident and editorial, mixing authoritative weight with refined, print-like contrast. Its sharp terminals and classic proportions give it a serious, institutional feel—suited to statements that need to sound established and decisive rather than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, authoritative reading experience with a refined contrast profile—combining robust, modern construction with subtle, traditional terminal behavior for strong editorial presence.

Large, dark forms create strong page color, and the angled terminal treatments add a subtle calligraphic flavor without becoming overtly decorative. The punctuation and dots read very solid, matching the overall density of the letterforms.
