This serif typeface combines strong vertical stems with extremely fine hairlines, producing a crisp, shimmering texture at display sizes. Serifs are sharp and lightly bracketed to unbracketed, with a distinctly calligraphic modulation that reads as vertical-stress. Proportions are tall and slightly condensed, with small counters and a notably low x-height that emphasizes ascenders and capitals. Several forms feature subtle curls and hooked terminals (especially in J, g, y, and some numerals), adding a delicate, hand-touched rhythm without breaking overall consistency.

It performs best in headlines, subheads, pull quotes, and other display roles where its hairlines and contrast can remain clear. The classical forms suit book and magazine styling, while the lightly decorative terminals can add distinction to invitations, identity marks, and elegant packaging.

The tone is poised and classical, with an editorial elegance that feels at home in literary or cultural contexts. At the same time, the occasional curlicues and expressive terminals introduce a mild whimsy, making it feel more personable than a strictly formal Didone.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern-classical serif with dramatic stroke modulation and a refined, fashionable profile, while introducing restrained decorative details to keep the voice distinctive and memorable.

In text, the thin connecting strokes and hairline serifs create a refined sparkle that favors generous sizes and comfortable spacing. Numerals echo the same contrast and include a few ornamental flourishes, reinforcing its display-leaning character.
