A heavy, compact display face with irregular, distressed contours and a strongly inked silhouette. Strokes look brushy and press-printed, with ragged outer edges, occasional nicks, and uneven stroke terminals that create a torn-paper effect. Counters are small and sometimes partly choked, and the overall rhythm is slightly jumpy, with subtle per-glyph width differences and uneven curves that keep the texture lively. Numerals match the same rugged texture, with simplified forms and thickened joins that read best at larger sizes.

Best suited for short, high-impact settings where texture is a feature: horror and thriller titling, poster headlines, Halloween/event graphics, album and merch artwork, game branding, and vintage-styled packaging. For body copy, it performs better in brief bursts (pull quotes, chapter openers, or signage) where its distressed detail can remain legible.

The font projects a gritty, mysterious tone—evoking aged print, underground posters, and horror or folklore ephemera. Its rough texture and blunt weight feel confrontational and theatrical, leaning toward dark, handmade authenticity rather than polish.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, attention-grabbing display voice with built-in wear and ink bleed, mimicking rough brush lettering or degraded letterpress printing. The goal is to add instant atmosphere and grit without requiring additional texture effects.

The distressed detailing is consistent across capitals, lowercase, and figures, giving text a uniform, ink-worn color. In longer lines the dense black mass and tight counters can reduce clarity, but it adds strong atmosphere and a deliberate “printed too hard” character.
