A delicate serif with sharply tapered, calligraphy-driven strokes and pronounced thick–thin rhythm. Serifs are small and bracketed, often resolving into subtly flared terminals rather than blunt finishes, giving the outlines a hand-cut, slightly irregular edge. The capitals feel stately and a touch narrow in their internal spaces, while the lowercase is compact with restrained counters and a comparatively small x-height; ascenders and descenders add vertical elegance. Overall color on the page is light and crisp, with lively stroke modulation that keeps words from looking mechanically uniform.

Well suited to book covers, chapter openers, pull quotes, and editorial headlines where a classic, literary voice is desired. It can also work for invitations and boutique branding that benefits from refined contrast and historic warmth; for long passages, it will be most comfortable when set with generous size and spacing to preserve its fine details.

The tone is bookish and old-world, suggesting printed literature, classic editorial typography, and period-inspired design. Its high-drama contrast and sharp finishing details read as refined and slightly theatrical, with a handcrafted dignity rather than a sterile modern polish.

The design appears intended to evoke traditional, calligraphically rooted serif typography with a light footprint and expressive, hand-finished detailing. Its proportions and lively modulation aim to deliver a cultured, print-classic presence that stands out in display and editorial contexts.

In text, the strong modulation and fine hairlines create a sparkling texture, especially around diagonals and joins. Some shapes show intentionally uneven ink-like contouring, which adds character at display sizes but can make the face feel more expressive than purely utilitarian.
