A highly condensed slab-serif with tall, narrow proportions and a strong vertical rhythm. Strokes are mostly straight and monolinear at a glance, with subtle contrast that shows more clearly in curves and joins. Serifs read as squared, bracketless slabs that give terminals a crisp, constructed finish. Counters are compact and often vertically oriented, producing a tight, columnar texture; curves (notably in C, G, S, and the numerals) are controlled and slightly flattened to match the font’s architectural geometry.

Best suited to headlines, titling, posters, and branding where a tall, space-saving voice is useful and the decorative slab detailing can be appreciated. It also works well for packaging, menu headings, and event materials that want a vintage-leaning, theatrical tone while maintaining a structured, typographic feel.

The overall tone is stylish and stage-ready, combining a classic newspaper/wood-type firmness with a distinctly decorative, Jazz Age flavor. Its narrow build and emphatic verticality feel dramatic and urbane, lending a sense of period sophistication and headline flair.

This design appears intended as a condensed display slab that maximizes impact in limited horizontal space. The consistent vertical structure, crisp slab terminals, and controlled curves suggest a goal of delivering an Art Deco–inflected personality while remaining sturdy and legible at larger sizes.

Uppercase forms are particularly statuesque, and several letters emphasize vertical stems and narrow bowls, which enhances the font’s poster-like presence. In text, spacing appears tight and the compact counters create a dark, continuous color that favors display sizes over long reading.
