A high-contrast serif with a pronounced vertical stress and razor-thin hairlines against heavy main strokes. Serifs are fine and crisp with minimal bracketing, and many letters feature sharp, wedge-like entry/exit cuts that create a faceted rhythm. The reverse-italic slant is subtle but consistent across capitals, lowercase, and figures, giving the overall texture a forward-leaning snap while maintaining a formal, upright structure. Counters tend to be compact in the bold strokes, while details like the small ear on “g,” tight joins, and delicate crossbars emphasize precision. Numerals and punctuation follow the same stark thick–thin logic, with a particularly graphic “2” and curled “3.”

This design is best suited to display use: magazine headlines, fashion and beauty branding, luxury packaging, and high-impact posters where its contrast and sharp detailing can be appreciated. It can also work for short pull quotes or section headers in editorial layouts, especially with generous spacing and careful size selection.

The tone is polished and theatrical—simultaneously traditional and fashion-forward. Its contrast and refined hairlines read as premium and editorial, with a slightly provocative edge from the reverse slant and sharp terminals.

The letterforms appear designed to deliver a modern take on classic high-contrast serif styling: elegant, attention-grabbing, and optimized for striking typographic moments rather than quiet, extended reading.

At text sizes, the hairlines and thin joins can visually recede compared to the heavy stems, so the face reads best when given enough size and breathing room. The overall color is punchy and inky, producing strong word shapes and a pronounced headline texture.
