A lively serif with subtly flared terminals and softly bracketed, wedge-like serifs that feel drawn rather than engineered. Strokes stay mostly even in weight with gentle swelling at joins and endings, giving the letters a slightly calligraphic rhythm. The outlines are intentionally irregular—curves wobble lightly, counters vary in roundness, and diagonals (like in K, V, W, X) have a hand-cut character. Uppercase forms are compact and somewhat narrow, while lowercase maintains clear, simple construction with open apertures and modest ascenders and descenders; figures follow the same organic, slightly uneven logic.

Best suited to display and short text where its handmade texture can be appreciated—book covers, chapter headers, children’s materials, boutique branding, menus, and packaging. It can also work for pull quotes or brief editorial blurbs when a traditional-yet-informal tone is desired.

The overall tone is warm and human, with a classic, storybook sensibility and a touch of rustic charm. Its controlled quirks and soft flares suggest tradition and craft more than precision, lending an approachable, slightly whimsical voice.

Likely designed to evoke an old-world serif with flared, pen-influenced endings while preserving readability through simple letter construction and low-contrast strokes. The controlled irregularities appear intentional, aiming to add warmth and personality for expressive typography.

Texture is a key feature: small variations in stroke edge and terminal shape create a lightly distressed, printed feel without becoming noisy. The ampersand and capitals add expressive, display-friendly moments, while the lowercase remains comparatively straightforward for setting short passages.
