A distressed display face with sharp, broken serif forms and aggressively ragged contours that look torn or blotched at the edges. Stems are generally vertical and fairly slender, while terminals erupt into thorny protrusions and small voids that create a textured silhouette. Counters remain readable but are often uneven, and the overall rhythm feels intentionally unsettled, with jittery stroke endings and occasional drips or notches that mimic damaged printing.

Best suited to titles, headlines, and short bursts of text where its distressed texture can do the storytelling—horror and thriller posters, Halloween promotions, dark-themed game menus, streaming thumbnails, book covers, and band/album artwork. For body copy or small sizes, the broken edges may compete with readability, so pairing it with a clean text face is advisable.

The texture and thorned silhouettes push the tone toward horror and dark fantasy, with a haunted, antiquarian flavor. It reads as eerie and dramatic rather than playful, evoking aged posters, cursed manuscripts, or weathered signage.

The design appears intended to fuse classic serif letterforms with heavy edge erosion, creating a theatrical, ominous display voice. Its consistent roughening across letters and numerals suggests a deliberate “aged ink / damaged print” effect aimed at atmospheric branding and titling.

Uppercase letters carry the strongest character, with pronounced spikes and irregular serif breaks that form a striking outline. Numerals match the same distressed logic, keeping consistency across sets. The heavy edge noise suggests it will look best when allowed to render at larger sizes where the rough detail can be appreciated.
