A narrow serif design with deliberately irregular outlines and a worn, ink-pressed texture. Strokes show subtle wobble, frayed terminals, and occasional blotting that creates a printed-from-old-type feel rather than smooth digital curves. Serifs are small and sharp but inconsistently chipped, and counters are slightly roughened, producing a lively, imperfect rhythm across words. Overall spacing and widths vary modestly from glyph to glyph, reinforcing the handmade/aged impression while remaining readable in continuous text.

This face works best for headlines, posters, book covers, and editorial display where a tactile, aged print character is desired. It can also add personality to labels and packaging, especially when paired with simple layout systems that let the texture do the work. For longer passages it remains legible, but the distressed edges are most effective at moderate sizes and above.

The font conveys a vintage, gritty tone associated with old paper stock, distressed letterpress, and timeworn signage. Its uneven ink character adds tension and atmosphere, making it feel authentic, tactile, and a bit ominous—well suited to storytelling and mood-driven design.

The design appears intended to recreate the look of worn letterpress or stamped type—introducing controlled imperfections, ink spread, and chipped edges to evoke age and materiality while keeping a classic serif structure for readability.

The texture is most noticeable at curves and joins, where stroke edges break and thicken unpredictably, simulating ink spread and wear. Uppercase forms read assertive and poster-like, while the lowercase maintains a steady text color despite the distressed detailing.
