A typewriter-inspired serif with sturdy, slightly condensed letterforms and strongly inked strokes that break and feather at the edges. The outlines are intentionally irregular, with worn corners, blotchy joins, and occasional interior pitting that suggests aged printing or a distressed ribbon. Serifs are blunt and bracketed, counters stay fairly open, and the overall rhythm remains readable despite the textured perimeter and small variations in stroke thickness and darkness.

Works well for display settings where texture is part of the message—posters, book and album covers, film/series titles, and editorial headlines that want an archival or investigative feel. It can also add character to labels and packaging, especially when paired with clean supporting text to preserve hierarchy and readability.

The font conveys an analog, timeworn tone—part newsroom, part case file—mixing utilitarian clarity with a rough, gritty finish. Its distressed texture adds tension and atmosphere, evoking archival documents, stamped notes, and old machinery rather than clean modern typesetting.

The design appears intended to recreate the look of vintage typewritten or letterpress output with deliberate wear and ink breakup, delivering a recognizable serif structure while adding a tactile, imperfect print surface for themed, atmospheric typography.

Uppercase forms feel authoritative and poster-ready, while lowercase retains a monospaced/typewritten sensibility with simple, functional shapes. Numerals share the same worn, ink-pressed texture, helping headings and short callouts keep a consistent “printed artifact” character.
