A heavy, blocky slab serif with compact proportions and rounded outer corners that soften the mass. Stems are thick and steady, with noticeable (but not delicate) contrast and strong, rectangular slab terminals that often feel slightly bracketed into the stems. Several joins and inner corners show small notches or ink-trap-like cut-ins, giving counters and apertures extra definition at large display sizes. The lowercase is sturdy and wide-set, with single-storey forms (notably the a and g) and round, prominent dots on i/j; the overall rhythm is dense and punchy with a clear, poster-like silhouette.

Best suited to display typography where impact and legibility at large sizes are essential—headlines, poster work, brand marks, packaging fronts, and signage. It can also work for short subheads or callouts, but its dense color makes extended body text feel heavy.

The tone is bold and self-assured, with a vintage, workmanlike flavor reminiscent of signage, headlines, and classic print ephemera. Its chunky serifs and softened corners add a friendly, slightly playful character while still reading as solid and authoritative.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum visual authority and instant readability through large slabs, sturdy construction, and simplified, high-contrast shapes. The small corner cut-ins and rounded finishing details suggest an aim to keep counters clear and forms lively in bold, ink-heavy applications.

Numerals are thick and emphatic, with simple, high-impact shapes suited to attention-grabbing settings. The face maintains consistent weight and strong letterspacing behavior in the sample text, producing a dark, even texture that prioritizes presence over delicacy.
