A casual, hand-drawn roman with visibly rough, brush-like edges and occasional interior scuffs that mimic worn ink or dry-brush texture. Strokes are mostly monolinear in feel but with irregular swelling and tapering, producing a lively, inconsistent rhythm. The forms are generally simple and open, with rounded bowls and slightly wobbly verticals; counters stay readable even as edges break and wobble. Spacing and widths vary from glyph to glyph, reinforcing the handmade look while keeping an upright, legible silhouette in text.

Best suited for short-to-medium display text where the distressed, handmade texture can be appreciated—posters, album or book covers, craft packaging, café menus, labels, and promotional graphics. It can work for brief paragraphs when set large with generous leading, but the rough edges and variable rhythm will be most effective in headlines, pull quotes, and brand accents.

The font conveys an informal, crafty attitude—more zine and workshop than corporate polish. Its distressed texture reads as tactile and analog, suggesting stamped, screen-printed, or marker-lettered origins. Overall, it feels friendly and quirky, with a slightly gritty, DIY edge.

The design appears intended to simulate expressive hand lettering with a deliberately worn print texture, offering an approachable, analog feel without becoming fully cursive or script. It aims to add character and grit while maintaining straightforward letterforms that remain readable in mixed-case text.

Uppercase and lowercase share the same roughened stroke language, with the lowercase showing especially soft, rounded construction. Numerals inherit the same worn outlines, making them suitable as expressive display figures rather than pristine UI numerals. The texture is consistent enough to feel intentional, but irregular enough that repeated letters don’t look mechanically identical.
