A high-contrast serif with strong vertical stress, broad proportions, and crisp, sharply defined serifs. Thick main stems are paired with extremely thin hairlines, producing a striking light–dark rhythm and a glossy, ink-trap-free silhouette. Curves are smooth and taut, with pointed joins and tapered exits that keep counters open while emphasizing the weight contrast. The lowercase shows a classic, bookish skeleton with a single-storey g, a compact ear on r, and a tall, assertive t; numerals follow the same contrast logic with narrow hairline joins and prominent thick strokes.

Best suited for headlines, mastheads, pull quotes, and high-impact titles where its contrast and width can breathe. It also fits premium branding and packaging—especially in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle contexts—where sharp, elegant detailing reads as intentional and upscale.

The overall tone is polished and assertive, combining refinement with a theatrical, high-fashion edge. Its stark contrast and expansive width create a sense of prestige and display-driven confidence, suited to settings where typographic presence is meant to be noticed.

The design appears intended as a modern display serif that amplifies classic Didone-like contrast into a contemporary, attention-grabbing voice. Its wide stance and razor-thin details suggest an emphasis on luxury signaling and editorial drama rather than small-size, text-first utility.

At larger sizes the delicate hairlines add sparkle and sophistication, while at smaller sizes those very thin connections and serifs can visually fade, making careful sizing and contrast-aware color choices important. The wide set and strong verticals give lines a stately pace and a distinctly editorial texture.
