A heavy, compact serif with deliberately rough, torn-looking contours and uneven “ink” buildup throughout. Strokes are chunky and rounded at the ends, with small bracketed serifs that feel pressed rather than crisply cut. Counters are irregular and slightly pinched, and curves show choppy, distressed edges that mimic worn type or degraded printing. Spacing and letter widths vary noticeably, giving lines a lurching rhythm that reads clearly at display sizes while remaining intentionally coarse.

Best suited for posters, headlines, and short-form messaging where a rough, printed texture is desirable. It works well on packaging, merchandise, album covers, and event flyers that aim for a vintage or rugged atmosphere. For long passages or small sizes, the distressed edges may reduce clarity, so it’s most effective as a display face.

The overall tone is gritty and nostalgic, like a weathered poster or an old label printed from tired type. Its rough texture adds attitude and a hint of mischief, making the text feel loud, handmade, and a little unruly.

The design appears intended to simulate bold serif letterpress or stamped type that has been worn down over time. Its irregular contours and variable rhythm prioritize character and texture over pristine precision, adding instant grit and heritage to otherwise straightforward letterforms.

Uppercase forms stay broadly classic in structure (blocky serifs, strong verticals) while the distressing introduces unique silhouettes per letter. Numerals share the same battered texture and weight, keeping headings and short runs visually consistent. The font’s texture is prominent enough that it becomes part of the message, especially in large point sizes.
