This typeface is a slanted serif with an old-style skeleton and gently bracketed serifs. Strokes show a subtle, calligraphy-led modulation, with soft swelling through curves and slightly tapered terminals. The letterforms feel drawn rather than engineered: counters are open, curves are slightly irregular in a controlled way, and spacing produces a lively, textured line. Capitals are somewhat narrow and animated, while the lowercase has a compact body height and a flowing, cursive-like joining logic without actual connections.

Well suited to editorial typography, book covers, and pull quotes where a classical, humanist voice is desired. It also works for boutique branding, packaging, and invitations that benefit from an artisanal, slightly nostalgic texture. For longer passages, it reads best with comfortable leading to let the slanted forms breathe.

The overall tone is bookish and human, with a lightly eccentric, storybook flavor. It evokes traditional printing and hand-lettered ink work, giving text a warm, slightly antique presence rather than a crisp contemporary one.

The design appears intended to blend traditional serif structure with a clear calligraphic accent, prioritizing warmth and personality over strict geometric regularity. Its controlled irregularities and ink-like terminals suggest an aim for a printed, heritage feel that remains readable in continuous text.

Numerals and punctuation carry the same organic finish, with a noticeable rightward momentum and gently uneven stroke endings that add character at display sizes. In paragraphs, the slant and compact lowercase create a brisk rhythm, while the moderate contrast keeps the color fairly even across lines.
