A heavy slab-serif display face with compact, blocky letterforms and sturdy rectangular serifs. The outlines are intentionally irregular, with rough edges, nicks, and soft bulges that mimic worn type or over-inked printing; several counters show uneven “bite marks” and speckled interior texture. Strokes remain mostly straight and upright, with slightly inconsistent widths and a lively, stamped rhythm. The lowercase is simple and sturdy with single-storey forms and small, sturdy terminals, while the numerals share the same chunky proportions and distressed detailing.

Best suited to short, bold copy where the distressed texture can be appreciated—posters, headlines, merchandise graphics, labels, and packaging. It also fits themed applications such as retro signage, saloon/western-style promotions, or gritty editorial callouts, especially at medium-to-large sizes.

The font conveys a gritty, old-print energy—part frontier poster, part battered rubber stamp. Its roughened texture adds a mischievous, handmade character that feels loud, informal, and attention-seeking rather than refined.

The design appears intended to recreate the look of aged, imperfect printing—like wood type, letterpress, or a well-used stamp—while keeping letterforms straightforward and readable. The consistent slab-serif structure provides clarity, and the controlled roughness supplies character and atmosphere.

Texture is a primary feature: at smaller sizes the distressed interior shapes can visually fill in, while at larger sizes the worn details read clearly and add personality. Spacing feels display-oriented, with strong silhouettes and high impact even when set in short lines.
