A bold, blackletter-leaning serif with chiseled, uneven contours and prominent forked/spurred terminals. Strokes are low-contrast and mostly monolinear in feel, but edges wobble subtly as if cut or stamped, producing a rough, hand-made rhythm. Uppercase forms are compact and angular with faceted curves (notably in round letters), while lowercase maintains a sturdy, upright structure with a moderate x-height and narrow counters. Spacing and widths vary noticeably across glyphs, reinforcing an organic, hand-rendered texture in text.

Best suited to display typography such as fantasy/horror titles, tabletop RPG materials, game branding/UI headings, packaging, and poster work where texture and atmosphere are desirable. It can work for short passages or pull quotes at generous sizes and leading, but the irregular edges and tight counters make it less ideal for small-size body text.

The overall tone evokes medieval manuscripts and fantasy ephemera—dramatic, slightly menacing, and artisanal rather than polished. Its jagged serifs and rough silhouettes give it a gritty, theatrical energy suited to lore, legend, and “old world” atmosphere.

The design appears intended to translate blackletter and medieval signwriting cues into a readable, contemporary display face, emphasizing forked terminals, angular construction, and deliberate roughness to create an aged, hand-cut impression.

Curves are constructed from short, flattened facets rather than smooth arcs, which keeps round letters feeling carved. Numerals follow the same irregular, spurred logic, with chunky shapes that read best at display sizes where the rugged detailing remains clear.
