A heavy, sculptural serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and sharply tapered, wedge-like terminals. Serifs are braced and often flare into triangular points, creating a crisp, faceted silhouette. Counters tend to be compact and apertures tighten under the bold weight, while curves show deliberate stress and a slightly calligraphic sweep (especially in C, S, a, e, and s). Capitals are broad and emphatic, and the overall color is dense with strong, high-contrast rhythm across text and numerals.

Best suited for large-size typography where the contrast and tapered serifs can be appreciated—headlines, cover lines, pull quotes, brand marks, and premium packaging. It can also work for short, impactful blocks of text (e.g., decks or subheads) where a bold, editorial voice is desired.

The tone is theatrical and upscale, mixing classical bookish cues with a fashion-forward punch. Its sharp terminals and high-contrast strokes read as assertive and glamorous, evoking editorial headlines, luxury packaging, and dramatic title treatments.

The design appears intended to deliver classic serif authority with heightened drama: a conventional underlying structure pushed toward a more luxurious, display-driven expression through extreme contrast, sharp terminals, and tightly controlled counters.

Spacing looks intentionally tight at display sizes, emphasizing word shape and a continuous black band in lines of text. Several forms feature distinctive interior notches and tapered joins (notably in V/W/X and the lowercase r, t), adding sparkle and a slightly baroque character without becoming ornate.
