A serif text face with gently bracketed serifs, subtly modulated strokes, and a slightly irregular, hand-wrought finish that suggests ink on paper. Capitals are sturdy and traditionally proportioned, with softly curved joins and modest flare at terminals. Lowercase forms are compact with a short x-height and clear, open counters; rounds (o, e, c) are softly squarish, and stems show small variations that add texture without becoming distressed. Numerals are old-style in feel, with rounded forms and modest terminals that keep them visually consistent with the letters.

Well suited to book interiors, long-form editorial, and literary or historical-themed layouts where a warm, traditional serif is desired. It can also add an artisanal, vintage-press flavor to packaging, invitations, and pull quotes, especially when printed at comfortable text sizes.

The overall tone feels classic and literary, with a warm, human touch that reads as approachable rather than formal. Its slight roughness and lively rhythm evoke vintage printing and traditional book typography while staying calm enough for extended reading.

The design appears intended to blend old-style readability with a lightly textured, analog presence, creating a serif that feels familiar and trustworthy but not sterile. It aims for an even reading rhythm while preserving the charm of hand-influenced detailing.

Stroke endings and serifs show small, deliberate unevenness that adds character at display sizes, while the fundamental letter construction remains stable and legible. The sample text demonstrates an even color across lines, with a slightly animated texture that becomes part of the voice of the typeface.
