A high-contrast serif with pronounced vertical stress and crisp, hairline serifs that read as sharp, minimally bracketed wedges. Stems are heavy and solid while cross-strokes and connecting hairlines turn extremely thin, creating a bold, sculpted rhythm. Curves are taut and clean, with pointed terminals and tight apertures; counters tend toward oval and vertically oriented shapes. In text, the face produces a striking light–dark pattern with strong emphasis on capitals and a slightly display-leaning color even at paragraph sizes.

Best suited to headlines, magazine covers and spreads, brand marks, posters, and premium packaging where contrast and sharp detail can be preserved. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when set large with comfortable spacing, but it is most convincing as a display and editorial workhorse.

The overall tone is dramatic and polished, with a couture/editorial presence that feels assertive and refined. The extreme contrast and sharp finishing give it a sense of luxury and staged elegance, suited to attention-grabbing typographic moments.

The design appears intended to deliver an unapologetically high-contrast, modern-classic serif voice: bold verticals, hairline refinement, and a controlled, elegant silhouette aimed at high-impact editorial and brand typography.

The numerals and round letters (0, O, Q, 8, 9) show especially strong contrast, with hairline connections that can visually recede at smaller sizes. The lowercase maintains a classic serif structure with compact joins and a firm baseline, while the capitals carry a monumental, poster-like authority.
