A high-contrast calligraphic italic with sharp wedge-like terminals and tapered strokes that suggest a broad-pen or engraved influence. Curves are full and energetic, with frequent entry/exit swashes and occasional long, looping descenders, while joins stay mostly unconnected to preserve a crisp, letter-by-letter rhythm. Uppercase forms are ornate and slightly variable in footprint, combining bracketed, serifed strokes with teardrop counters and pronounced diagonal stress. Lowercase is compact and slanted with sturdy stems, narrow apertures, and strong tapering at the ends, creating a lively texture that alternates between thick verticals and hairline turns.

Well-suited to display typography where elegance and emphasis are the goal: wedding and event invitations, luxury or heritage branding, editorial headlines, formal announcements, and premium packaging. It performs best at medium to large sizes where the hairlines, terminals, and swash details remain clear.

The overall tone is formal and ceremonial, with a confident, theatrical flair. Its sharp contrast and swashy capitals evoke traditional calligraphy and classic engraved titling, lending a sense of refinement and occasion. The italic motion keeps it expressive and dynamic rather than static.

The design appears intended to deliver a polished, traditional calligraphic voice with pronounced contrast and decorative capitals, offering an expressive italic texture for standout titling and formal messaging.

Spacing and proportions feel intentionally varied—especially in the capitals—so the font reads best when allowed room for its swashes and long tails. Numerals follow the same italic, tapered logic with crisp terminals and clear contrast, aligning visually with the letterforms in display settings.
