A modular, block-constructed display face with squared proportions and frequent chamfered corners that create an octagonal, cut-metal silhouette. Strokes are built from hard horizontal and vertical segments with occasional diagonal joins, producing a crisp, geometric rhythm. Interior counters and joins are interrupted by small punched “damage” voids that read like wear, pitting, or perforation, giving each glyph a roughened texture while keeping the overall structure rigid and legible. Spacing and widths vary by character, and the numerals and capitals maintain a compact, engineered feel.

Best suited for short, high-impact text such as headlines, posters, game interfaces, tech-themed branding, and packaging where a rugged, industrial texture is desirable. It can also work for labels, badges, and title screens, especially at medium-to-large sizes where the distressed cutouts remain clear.

The font projects an industrial, arcade-technical mood—part retro bitmap, part rugged hardware labeling. Its distressed texture adds a gritty, weathered tone that suggests use, friction, and mechanical surfaces rather than polished digital UI.

The design appears intended to emulate classic grid-built letterforms while adding a worn, punched-metal distress layer for character and attitude. It prioritizes a mechanical, modular construction and strong silhouettes that hold up in display contexts.

Diagonal forms (like in V, W, X, Y, Z) are rendered with stepped, angular geometry rather than smooth diagonals, reinforcing the quantized construction. The lowercase set follows the same blocky logic, with simplified bowls and terminals that favor straight cuts over curves, supporting a cohesive, utilitarian voice.
