A high-contrast serif with a strongly vertical axis and crisp, needle-fine hairlines set against weighty stems. Serifs are narrow and sharp with little visible bracketing, producing a clean, cut-paper edge and a distinctly “engraved” finish. The proportions lean toward display: capitals are commanding with generous curves (notably in O/Q/C) and tight, dark counters, while some letters show lively width variation across the alphabet. Lowercase forms keep a straightforward, upright construction with compact bowls and sturdy verticals; the overall rhythm alternates between heavy strokes and delicate joins, creating a distinctly staccato, glittering texture in text.

Best suited to large-size applications where contrast can shine: magazine headlines, fashion and beauty branding, premium packaging, posters, and title treatments. It can also work for short editorial passages or pull quotes when set with ample size and comfortable spacing to preserve the delicate hairlines.

The font reads as refined and theatrical, with a polished, high-fashion sensibility. Its sharp contrast and hairline details convey prestige and formality, while the bold massing adds drama and immediacy for attention-grabbing headlines.

The design appears intended as a modern, high-contrast display serif that channels classical elegance through vertical stress, razor serifs, and dramatic thick–thin transitions. It prioritizes visual impact and sophistication over utilitarian neutrality, aiming for a luxurious, editorial voice.

In the sample text, the dense black shapes and thin connecting strokes create a pronounced sparkle at larger sizes; at smaller sizes the finest hairlines may visually recede, emphasizing the verticals. Numerals follow the same contrast logic, with elegant curves and firm, weighty spines that match the uppercase voice.
