A heavy, angular sans built from straight strokes and clipped corners, replacing most curves with short diagonal facets. The forms are compact and sturdy, with broadly uniform stroke weight, square terminals, and a slightly condensed feel in the bowls and counters. Rounds such as O/0 and C open into octagonal silhouettes, while diagonals (A, V, W, X, Y) stay crisp and mechanical. Spacing reads even and pragmatic, favoring clear silhouettes over delicate detail.

Best used at display sizes where the chamfered corners and octagonal curves can read clearly—headlines, posters, brand marks, and packaging with an industrial or sporty theme. It also works well for short UI labels, wayfinding-style graphics, and bold numeric elements such as scores, model numbers, or product identifiers.

The faceted geometry gives the face an engineered, utilitarian tone with a strong retro-tech and athletic edge. Its hard corners and “machined” rhythm feel suited to environments that imply toughness, equipment, or digital-era signage rather than softness or elegance.

The design appears intended to translate a geometric, cut-metal aesthetic into a practical sans, emphasizing strong silhouettes and consistent construction. By systematically faceting curves, it creates a recognizable voice that stays legible while projecting a rugged, technical character.

Lowercase follows the same cut-corner logic, producing distinctive, blocky constructions with small counters and firm joins. Numerals echo the octagonal rounding, helping the set feel cohesive in codes, labels, and bold numeric callouts.
