A high-contrast serif with a pronounced rightward slant and sharply tapered hairlines. The design pairs dense, wedge-like thick strokes with extremely fine entry/exit strokes that often read as delicate “cuts” into the letterforms. Serifs are crisp and minimal, frequently reduced to thin, pointed terminals rather than fully bracketed feet, giving the overall texture a sliced, calligraphic sheen. Proportions are generous and open, with rounded counters in letters like O/Q and a tall, elegant presence in capitals; lowercase shows a steady, moderate x-height with rhythmic, slightly elastic curves. Numerals follow the same contrast pattern, with sculpted bowls and fine finishing strokes that emphasize verticality and polish.

Best suited to display typography where its hairlines and dramatic contrast can stay crisp—magazine headlines, brand marks, fashion and beauty campaigns, posters, and premium packaging. It can work for short subheads or pull quotes when set large with comfortable spacing, but the finest strokes will benefit from ample size and high-quality reproduction.

The font conveys a couture, magazine-forward tone—boldly elegant, dramatic, and a bit mischievous. Its razor-thin details and sweeping italic motion suggest sophistication and spectacle, making text feel curated and premium rather than purely functional.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classic high-contrast serif elegance through a modern italic, emphasizing sharpness, motion, and visual spectacle. It prioritizes standout presence and refined drama over neutral text economy, aiming for impactful, polished display settings.

Across both the glyph grid and the text sample, the most distinctive signature is the extreme contrast paired with hairline “incisions” that appear inside or alongside strokes, especially noticeable in letters such as A, M, N, U, W, and X. Curves are smooth and controlled, while joins and terminals stay sharp, creating a crisp, high-fashion sparkle at display sizes.
