A high-contrast serif with a pronounced italic slant and crisp, tapering serifs. Strokes show strong thick–thin modulation, with hairline joins and pointed terminals that give the outlines a carved, blade-like feel. The forms are narrow-to-moderate in many capitals while the lowercase is more fluid, with a single-storey a and g and a lively, calligraphic rhythm. Numerals and capitals maintain a refined, engraved look, and the overall texture alternates between dense vertical stems and very fine connecting strokes, producing an elegant, shimmering page color at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, magazine layouts, and brand statements where dramatic contrast and italic momentum can be appreciated. It will also work well for packaging and event/promotional typography, especially when set with generous spacing and at sizes that preserve the hairline details.

The font conveys a poised, editorial sophistication with a dramatic, couture-like edge. Its sharp contrast and energetic italic movement feel luxurious and expressive, suggesting premium branding and headline-led design rather than quiet neutrality.

The design appears intended to merge a conventional serif foundation with a more expressive, high-fashion italic voice—delivering strong impact, elegance, and a premium editorial tone for display-led applications.

The italic construction is prominent across both cases, with brisk entry/exit strokes and compact counters that heighten contrast. Pointed apexes and tight curves add tension, while the serif treatment stays traditional enough to read as a conventional book-serif lineage, just pushed toward a more theatrical display presence.
