A jagged, display-oriented blackletter with aggressively torn edges and thorn-like terminals. Strokes are heavy and angular with sharp inward notches and uneven contours that mimic distressed ink or chipped carving. The overall slant and narrow proportions create a quick, forward rhythm, while counters are tight and often irregular, emphasizing texture over smooth geometry. Capitals and lowercase share a consistent spiked silhouette, and numerals follow the same fractured, serrated construction.

Best suited for short, high-impact settings such as posters, cover art, event graphics, and title cards where the distressed silhouette can be appreciated. It works well for seasonal Halloween materials, horror or dark-fantasy game interfaces, and branding that leans into menace or the macabre. For longer passages, larger sizes and generous tracking help preserve clarity amid the rough detailing.

The letterforms project a dark, threatening tone—more haunted and feral than ceremonial. Its distressed blackletter flavor reads as horror-forward, evoking occult flyers, metal-adjacent graphics, and supernatural folklore. The persistent nicks and spikes add nervous energy and a sense of decay.

The design appears intended to fuse blackletter structure with a distressed, horror-texture treatment, prioritizing atmosphere and bite over neutrality. It aims to deliver instant genre signaling through spiked terminals, torn edges, and a tightly packed, forceful rhythm.

Texture is a defining feature: many joins and terminals appear chipped or bitten away, creating high visual noise that increases at smaller sizes. The set maintains coherent styling across uppercase, lowercase, and figures, but the irregular edges make spacing feel lively and unpredictable in running text.
