This is a sharp, high-contrast serif with a vertical axis and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Serifs are fine and crisp with minimal bracketing, and curves transition into hairlines with a clean, controlled snap. Capitals feel stately and slightly narrow in their internal spacing, while the lowercase shows compact counters and a noticeably short x-height with strong ascender presence. Numerals and round letters (O, Q, 0, 8, 9) display tight, polished ovals and delicate joins, creating an overall rhythm that alternates confidently between bold main strokes and nearly calligraphic hairlines.

Best suited to headlines, deck copy, pull quotes, and display typography where its contrast and fine serifs can be appreciated. It also fits formal print applications such as invitations, programs, and book or magazine covers, especially when paired with a quieter text face for longer reading.

The overall tone is sophisticated and traditional, with a fashion/editorial sheen. Its dramatic contrast and razor-like details convey luxury, ceremony, and a sense of historical typographic formality rather than casual warmth.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-fashion take on a classic high-contrast serif model: dramatic modulation, crisp finishing, and a dignified proportion system aimed at premium editorial and branding contexts.

At text sizes the thin horizontals and hairlines read as very light, giving the face a sparkling texture and making spacing and reproduction conditions more critical than with sturdier serifs. The italic is not shown; all samples appear upright.
