A heavy, compact display face with simplified sans forms and pronounced contrast created by deep notches and tapered joins rather than traditional thin strokes. Bowls and counters are mostly round and generous, while terminals are often sharply sheared, producing a cut-paper rhythm across the alphabet. Several glyphs introduce deliberate “carved” interior shapes (notably in M, N, W, Z, and parts of the lowercase), giving the texture of stencil-like slits without fully breaking the strokes. Uppercase proportions are broad and steady, with sturdy verticals and wide curves; lowercase follows with a single-storey a and g, round i/j dots, and a blocky, high-impact overall color.

Best suited for headlines, posters, and branding where the distinctive carved details can be appreciated at larger sizes. It can work well for packaging, event graphics, and editorial openers that want a bold, graphic voice. For dense body copy, the strong texture and heavy color will feel dominant, so use it as a display companion rather than a text workhorse.

The tone is assertive and graphic, with a mischievous, puzzle-poster energy. Its cut-in details and chunky geometry feel both retro and experimental, turning familiar letterforms into attention-grabbing shapes. The result reads as confident and slightly eccentric—more expressive than neutral.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a unique, repeatable motif—using notches, shears, and rounded geometry to create a recognizable display voice. It aims to feel contemporary yet referential, pairing sturdy sans construction with decorative cut-in contrast for memorability.

The font’s distinctive identity comes from repeated internal cut-ins and angled shears that create a consistent pattern across letters and figures. Round forms like O, Q, and 8 stay highly legible at display sizes, while the more intricate slits in letters such as M/W/Z add texture that becomes a strong stylistic signature. Numerals are bold and simplified, matching the headline intent.
