A high-contrast serif with dominant verticals and extremely fine hairlines that pinch into sharp joins and delicate cross-strokes. Serifs are small and crisp, often reading as hairline flicks or wedges rather than heavy brackets, and many terminals taper to pointed, slightly hooked finishes. Letterforms show a subtly irregular, hand-touched rhythm: widths vary noticeably, bowls swell and narrow unexpectedly, and curves can feel slightly off-round, creating a lively texture. Uppercase forms are sturdy and display-like, while the lowercase mixes compact counters with occasional long, thin extenders, producing a restless, animated line.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, posters, book or album covers, and branding where its high-contrast detail can be appreciated at larger sizes. It can add character to packaging and editorial feature titling, but the delicate hairlines and irregular rhythm suggest avoiding very small sizes or dense, long-form body copy.

The overall tone is dramatic and theatrical, with a slightly mischievous, storybook edge. Its sharp hairlines and spiky terminals feel ornate and vintage, while the uneven cadence adds a playful, quirky personality rather than strict formality.

The design appears intended to blend high-contrast, vertical-stress elegance with a deliberately idiosyncratic, hand-rendered liveliness. It prioritizes distinctive texture and expressive word shapes, aiming for memorable display impact over neutral readability.

In running text, the strong thick–thin alternation creates a sparkling, high-contrast shimmer, and the varied glyph widths make word shapes feel expressive and irregular. Numerals echo the same contrast and pointed detailing, reading more decorative than utilitarian.
