A monospaced slab-serif design with compact proportions and a steady, typewriter-like rhythm. Strokes show subtle irregularity and soft, slightly blunted terminals, as if lightly inked or worn from repeated impressions. The serifs are short and squared with rounded corners, and curves (notably in C, O, S, and the numerals) feel slightly lumpy rather than perfectly geometric, reinforcing the mechanical, printed texture. Counters are open and legible, and the overall color stays even across text despite small variations in stroke edge and join behavior.

Well-suited to applications that benefit from consistent alignment and a typed aesthetic, such as code samples, technical notes, UI readouts, receipts or form-like layouts, and editorial elements like captions or pull quotes. It also works effectively for posters and zine-style layouts where a vintage, machine-printed voice is desired without sacrificing basic legibility.

The face reads as archival and practical, evoking typed notes, forms, and mid‑century correspondence. Its gentle roughness adds a human, lived-in quality without turning into heavy distress, keeping the tone straightforward and documentary.

The design appears intended to capture the familiar cadence of typewritten text while adding subtle wear and ink spread for character. It prioritizes dependable spacing and clear silhouettes, aiming for a practical tool that also conveys a sense of age and physical printing.

Uppercase forms are sturdy and sign-like, while the lowercase maintains a simple, workmanlike construction that holds up in continuous reading. Numerals follow the same softened, slightly uneven imprint, helping dates and codes feel consistent with body text. The uniform character spacing gives lines a disciplined cadence, while the softened contours prevent the texture from feeling overly rigid.
