A very heavy, upright serif with stout, bracketed serifs and broad, blocky stems. The letterforms show distinct sculpted notches and curved cut-ins at joins and terminals, giving a carved, ink-trap-like texture in the counters and along interior corners. Curves are generously rounded while horizontals and verticals remain emphatically thick, producing a compact, high-impact rhythm. Lowercase forms are tall and sturdy with minimal delicacy, and the figures match the overall mass with similarly chunky proportions.

Best suited to display work where mass and character are assets—posters, bold headlines, event signage, packaging fronts, and logo-style wordmarks. It can also work for short, emphatic pull quotes or labels where a strong typographic voice is needed more than extended readability.

The tone is bold and declarative, with a classic showcard feel that nods to vintage signage and headline typography. Its heavy, chiseled detailing adds a slightly rugged, industrial personality while still reading as traditional and serifed.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a traditional serif foundation, adding decorative interior carving to create a distinctive, stamp-like texture. It prioritizes presence and recognizability in large-scale typography over fine detail for long passages.

In text, the dense color and tight interior spaces create a strong black footprint, especially in letters like a, e, s, and g. The distinctive interior notches become a key identifying feature at display sizes and can visually thicken further in smaller settings or on absorbent print surfaces.
