A condensed, blackletter-inspired display face with sharp, irregular terminals and jagged notches that give each stroke a torn, thorny silhouette. Stems are tall and narrow, with tapered ends and occasional hook-like protrusions that create an aggressive rhythm across words. Bowls and counters are tight and dark, and the capitals especially emphasize pointed serifs and broken edges, while lowercase maintains the same edgy texture with a slightly more compact, simplified structure. Numerals follow the same chiseled, spiky construction, keeping the set visually consistent in mixed text.

Best suited to display sizes where its spiked detailing can read clearly—titles, poster headlines, packaging callouts, event graphics, and branding for horror or dark-fantasy projects. It works particularly well for short, high-contrast phrases, logo-style wordmarks, and thematic chapter or section headers where mood is more important than continuous-text readability.

The font conveys a sinister, supernatural tone—like carved lettering from a haunted placard or a cursed manuscript title. Its sharp spikes and distressed contours read as threatening and theatrical, leaning into horror, dark fantasy, and macabre storytelling cues.

The design appears intended to fuse gothic/blackletter structure with a deliberately menacing, distressed edge treatment, producing a bold, instantly atmospheric voice for themed display typography. Its condensed proportions and pronounced terminals aim to maximize drama and vertical presence in headlines.

The texture is built into the letterforms rather than added as an external effect, so the “roughness” remains consistent at different sizes while still feeling lively. Because the shapes are narrow and highly stylized, legibility drops quickly in dense settings, but it retains strong impact in short phrases and headings.
