A heavy, block-built slab serif with broad proportions, thick stems, and pronounced, flat-topped serifs that read as solid platforms. Corners are generally squared off, with occasional notches and cut-ins that create a slightly carved, ink-trap-like feel in joins and counters. Round letters (O, C, G) are wide and sturdy with relatively tight internal space, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) keep a chunky, mechanical rhythm. The lowercase is robust and compact with a single-storey a and g, a strong ball/ear-like terminal on g, and short, blunt terminals throughout; numerals match the same squared, weighty construction.

Best suited to large-scale settings where weight and presence are assets: headlines, posters, signage, and branding marks. It can also work for short, emphatic subheads or packaging titles where a rugged, retro voice is desired, but the dense texture makes it less ideal for long passages at smaller sizes.

The overall tone is confident and forceful, with a workmanlike, no-nonsense character. Its chunky slabs and carved details suggest vintage display typography—part Western/woodtype, part athletic poster—projecting toughness, tradition, and impact rather than delicacy.

The design appears intended as a high-impact display slab serif that echoes vintage print and signage traditions while staying highly geometric and consistent. Its squared terminals and carved join details aim to preserve clarity in heavy strokes and deliver a bold, memorable silhouette.

Spacing and color are dense and even, producing a dark, uniform texture in paragraphs. The distinctive wedge-and-notch details on several capitals and the sturdy, flat serifs help maintain legibility at large sizes while emphasizing a bold, stamped aesthetic.
