A high-contrast serif with strong vertical stems and extremely fine hairlines, creating a crisp black-and-white rhythm. Serifs are sharp and tapered with minimal bracketing, and many joins resolve into pointed, knife-like corners rather than rounded transitions. Curves are sculpted and slightly calligraphic in their modulation, while counters stay fairly compact, giving the face a dense, punchy texture at display sizes. Numerals and capitals share the same dramatic contrast and clean, upright posture, with diagonals (V, W, X, Z) showing thin connecting strokes against weighty main strokes.

Best suited to headlines, large pull quotes, magazine and fashion layouts, posters, and premium branding where contrast and sharp detail can be appreciated. It can also work for short subheads or logotypes, particularly in high-quality print or high-resolution digital contexts.

The overall tone is refined and theatrical, combining classic bookish authority with runway-style glamour. Its extreme modulation and crisp detailing convey confidence, exclusivity, and a deliberately “designed” look suited to statement typography rather than neutrality.

The design appears aimed at delivering a contemporary high-fashion interpretation of classical high-contrast serifs, prioritizing striking silhouette, crisp detail, and elegant vertical emphasis for display typography.

In the sample text, the dense black shapes and delicate hairlines create a lively sparkle that depends on clean reproduction; small sizes or coarse printing could cause the finest strokes to weaken while the heavy stems dominate. The letterforms feel intentionally stylized, with pointed terminals and sharpened transitions that heighten the sense of precision.
