A high-contrast serif with a vertical, modern rhythm and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Stems are firm and straight, while curves resolve into very fine hairlines, producing crisp, bright counters and a clean page color. Serifs are delicate and sharp rather than blocky, and terminals often finish with tapered points or thin hooks. Proportions feel slightly display-oriented: capitals are stately and compact, lowercase is orderly with a moderate x-height, and some glyphs (notably the round letters and numerals) show noticeable width variation that adds a lively cadence.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, magazine and book display typography, and brand identities that benefit from a refined, high-contrast voice. It can also work for short passages in high-quality print or large on-screen sizes where the hairlines have enough resolution to stay crisp.

The overall tone is polished and upscale, with a distinctly editorial and fashion-forward presence. The dramatic contrast and razor-like details read as sophisticated and confident, leaning more toward luxury and culture publishing than utilitarian text settings.

The letterforms appear designed to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif, emphasizing elegance, strong vertical structure, and dramatic stroke modulation for impactful display typography.

The design relies on very fine hairlines in both serifs and internal strokes, giving it a sharp, engraved-like sparkle at larger sizes. In the sample text, the font maintains strong clarity and hierarchy, especially in capitals and numerals, where the contrast and vertical stress create a commanding, classic-modern silhouette.
