A very heavy slab serif with compact, block-like proportions and prominently squared serifs. Strokes are broadly consistent with noticeable contrast, and many joins show gentle bracketing that softens the otherwise geometric structure. Counters are relatively tight, apertures are small, and curves (notably in C, G, O, S) are full and weighty, giving the face a dense, poster-forward color. The lowercase is sturdy and compact with short ascenders/descenders and strong slab terminals; the numerals are similarly chunky, with the 0 and 8 especially round and the 1 built as a tall, solid stem.

Best suited to display roles where weight and impact are desired, such as headlines, posters, badges, and identity systems that need a strong, traditional voice. It can work for short subheads or pull quotes, but the dense color suggests avoiding long passages at small sizes unless generous size and leading are used.

The overall tone is bold and no-nonsense, combining a vintage, workwear sensibility with a collegiate/athletic punch. Its dense rhythm and emphatic serifs read as assertive and dependable, with a slightly nostalgic, print-era character.

This font appears designed to deliver maximum visual authority through oversized slabs, compact proportions, and a sturdy rhythm, echoing classic American slab-serif traditions used in signage, athletic marks, and bold editorial titling.

At text sizes the heavy weight and tight interior spaces create a dark texture, while at display sizes the bracketing and rounded stress in curves become more apparent. The design’s strong horizontals and slab terminals give it a stable baseline and a distinctly sign-painting/letterpress-friendly presence.
