A compact, punchy serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and sculpted, flared stroke endings that read like wedge serifs. Stems feel chiseled and slightly calligraphic, with sharp triangular terminals on letters like T, V, W, and X, and deep, curved joins that create strong interior shapes. The lowercase shows sturdy, traditional proportions with a two-storey a, a looped g, and a narrow, tapering f; counters are relatively tight, giving the face a dense, ink-rich color in text. Numerals follow the same high-contrast rhythm, with elegant curves and firm, tapered finishing strokes.

Well suited for headlines, decks, and pull quotes where its contrast and flared finishing strokes can show clearly. It also works for magazine and book typography, especially for display sizes or short text blocks that benefit from a strong, classic voice. For branding, it can lend a premium, heritage-leaning character to wordmarks and packaging.

The overall tone is formal and emphatic, projecting a classic editorial voice with a theatrical edge. Its crisp terminals and dramatic contrast create a sense of authority and refinement, suited to statements that need to feel established and premium rather than casual or utilitarian.

The design appears intended to blend classical serif conventions with assertive, flared terminals to achieve a refined but attention-grabbing texture. It prioritizes dramatic stroke contrast and sculptural details to deliver a distinctive editorial presence in display and prominent text settings.

In running text the font builds a strong vertical rhythm, while the flared endings and pointed apexes add sparkle at larger sizes. The sharpness of terminals and tight counters suggests it will be most comfortable with generous tracking and line spacing when used for dense copy.
